Mieka Bartel

Mieka is a Hillsboro native who graduated from Hillsboro High School and then attended Wichita State University to obtain her nursing degree. She has worked in healthcare for 16 years and always finds her way back to long term care. Of those 16 years, 15 of them have been spent working for Salem Home. Mieka now lives northwest of Hillsboro on her family farm with her husband and 3 children. They enjoy spending time together caring for the many animals on the farm and enjoying the outdoors.
